I am 18 yrs. old, born on the 8th of Jan. I'm in love with the Grateful Dead (hence the e-mail address and the "dead1954" label). I'm positive I should have been born in 1954. It would have allowed me to be the perfect ages for all the things that I missed in the `60s, a generation I long for everyday. Looking at all those old T.V. clips and seeing what life was like I can't believe I wasn't there. And all the great music (thank God for the man who invented recorders), The Dead, Janis Joplin, The Doors, Bob Dylan, the Allman Brothers Band, CCR, The Animals, The Band, The Velvet Undergound, Joe Cocker, Peter Frampton, Led Zepplin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Steve Miller, Crosby, Stills & Nash, the Beatles (just to name a few). But any way wheres the love that was so prominent in this coutry?
